1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (asadbarber.co.uk) and/or using our online booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Asad Barber provides professional barbering services including but not limited to:
- Haircuts (Gents, Kids, OAP)
- Skin tapers and fades
- Beard trims and grooming
- Traditional hot towel shaves
- Additional grooming services (waxing, face masks, etc.)
Our online booking system allows you to request appointments, which are subject to approval by Asad.
3. Booking Process
3.1 Online Bookings
- All online bookings are requests and are initially marked as "PENDING"
- Bookings must be approved by Asad before they are confirmed
- You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is approved
- Do NOT visit the salon without receiving confirmation unless joining the walk-in queue
3.2 Walk-In Customers
We also welcome walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed during peak hours.
3.3 Booking Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including:
- Correct contact details (email and phone number)
- Accurate service selection
- Available date and time preferences
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
4.1 Customer Cancellations
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Contact us by phone or email to cancel your appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges
4.2 Salon Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Staff illness or emergency
- Unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, facility issues, etc.)
- Business closures (holidays, special events)
We will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
4.3 Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service or rescheduling
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments if you arrive more than 30 minutes late
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Service Prices
- All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Current prices are displayed during the booking process
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service completion
- We accept cash and card payments (subject to card machine availability)
- Online booking does not constitute prepayment - payment is collected in-salon
6. Customer Conduct
When visiting our salon, you agree to:
- Treat staff and other customers with respect and courtesy
- Follow any health and safety guidelines
- Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Notify staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if these standards are not met.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Hygiene Standards
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, including:
- Sterilization of all tools and equipment
- Single-use items where appropriate
- Regular cleaning and sanitization of all surfaces
- Compliance with local health and safety regulations
7.2 Customer Health
Please inform us if you:
- Have any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
- Are taking medication that may affect skin or hair
- Have recently had any facial cosmetic procedures
- Feel unwell or have contagious conditions
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Results
While we strive for excellence in all services:
- Individual results may vary based on hair type, texture, and condition
- We are not liable for dissatisfaction if you do not clearly communicate your preferences
- Photos shown as style references are examples only and may not be achievable for all hair types
8.2 Allergic Reactions
We are not liable for allergic reactions unless you have informed us of known allergies in advance. Patch tests are available upon request.
8.3 Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the salon.
8.4 Website Use
While we strive to maintain accurate information on our website and booking system:
